Two placentae, connected by one membrane; Yvonne and Zella are indeed fraternal twins. This may not look like much, but it's pretty heavy. (sorry, didn't weigh it.) And for Neal, who's probably screaming "why the %#@^ did you put this picture here?!?!" this is Real Live Human Birthing stuff, the things they don't show you on tv; it's also evident here that Elysse lost very little blood for a birth of this scale.
