A Beginner's guide to vi and ex

archived here for the convenience of my guests. it may interest you (or bring you severe mental pain) to know that i am such a geek that i not only write many of my webpages with vi (or gvim), but i often use Visual SlickEdit in VI emulation mode. in two words, ``vi rocks''. (that's what a few weeks of unix system administration will do to you!)

lots of them, in several categories. this is not all of the pictures, by any means.

• Roatan - pictures from the trip to the island off the coast of honduras; it was then that elysse and i decided to get married.
• summer of 2001 - some random pictures, some sappy, some funny
• muppet and anakin skywalker -- separated at birth?
• the new gallery, using some spiffy php to generate indices of random pictures collected from my hard drive.
