It's difficult to close the case because of the bird's nest of wiring. The long leads were not part of the design; that came about because i accidentally put the drop-outs for the i/o jacks and bypass switch on the wrong end of the circuit card, and didn't realize that until i was ready to assemble. By that time, i didn't have money to buy another etching kit, and my sister was already really angry with me for etching the card in her apartment's kitchen sink.
