I finally broke down and bought myself a set of drums, after many years of wanting one.
Here's my brand-new scratch & dent Perl Export EX825D drumkit, in Concord Purple. The shells and hardware arrived today, the cymbals and throne shipped separately. :-(
The "scratch and dent" appears to be that the bass drum's front tension ring was not sufficiently wrapped during shipping, and rubbed on the wrap, making a "blemish". Otherwise, they are pristine.
