this is the building in which michelle and matt (elysse' mom and stepdad) live. they're in the third one from the left on the fourth floor, apartment number 404. we get no end of enjoyment out of the fact that their apartment is not found.

incidentally, michelle tells us that this building is quite haunted, as it was used as a temporary morgue for the big galveston flood in 1900.
