after four days in the new house, we finally got enough stuff cleared out of the way in the basement to start setting up the computer workstations in the basement on wednesday night. the first thing we discovered was that my old desk was simply not going to work, and that there was no place to put my stereo cabinet.

so we went to walmart at nearly midnight and procured a corner desk, which, once i got it assembled, i decided i despise. thursday night we got the computers set up and connected (elysse was experiencing 'net withdrawal), and tonight (friday) i got my stereo hooked up. massive.

the music room is next on the list; right now it's full of crap.
