- Yes.
- If Yes, what?

- Boxers, if i must.
- Have you ever gone skinny dipping?:
- Ja...
- Do you make fun of people?:
- Yes, preferrably my friends, and to their faces. Often, tho', it's a complete stranger that bears the brunt of ridicule. i am remorseless, because i know i am more often the butt of a joke than most people.
- Favorite Color:
- Purple --- the dark kind.
- Favorite Color to wear:
- something dark and fuzzy. (not exactly a color, i know...)

- As i inherited my mother's allergies, none. However, our neighborhood katzen are cool, and Andy's fish are pretty awesome, too.
- Favorite type of music:
- Rock'n'roll, man... actually, there's quite a lot: most of the rock from the early 60's up to now; metal from the mid-to-late '80s (mostly for the nostalgia); jazz from the '50s (Miles Davis' Kind of Blue and the Thelonious Monk, Charlie Parker, and John Coltrane era); synphonic stuff that isn't too melodramatic. mostly, tho', my CD collection (over 200 and still growing) is rock and roll.
- Hobbies:
- listening to music, playing guitar and writing songs, writing programs (mostly in C or C++) (such as ...), playing with linux or other operating systems. i get into electronics tinkering every now and then. When i get a chance, i enjoy reading...
- Dream Car:
- The Delorian Time Machine from Back to the Future...
- Favorite Book:
- hmm. i don't know that i have a clear and away favorite. i really enjoy the Ring stuff by Tolkein, Terry Pratchett's Discworld series... i guess mostly sci-fi/fanstasy (surprised, anyone?) and some light philosophy.
- Favorite TV Shows:
- Fox's Sunday night lineup: The Simpson's, That 70's Show, and The X Files, as well as Mystery Science Theater 3000. Other than that, i don't watch much TV. (find your own links.. they're all good.)

- Crest cool mint gel... it's blue!
- Favorite Food:
- i can't quite decide, but i know it involves starch, meat, cheese, and/or a combination of the them.
- Piercing or tattoos:
- One hole in each earlobe; each hole made by a sewing needle in the hands of my girlfriend, in her mother's kitchen, at 2am on a Sunday morning in October 1993.
- One of the most romantic things that ever happened to you?:
- the week after christmas, 1993, my girlfriend's christmas present to me: after two weeks of misleading hints, she made me get dressed up (in borrowed pants and a silver blazer that cost three dollars), then blindfolded me. she led me from her family's house out into the snow to her car, then drove along the icy interstates into columbus. i was still blindfolded. we parked in a parking garage, and she led me across the street and into a lobby with really fancy carpet. all the way i heard people starting to speak about whatever it was to which we were headed, but they stopped inmid-sentence when realized i didn't yet know where she was taking me. only after the house lights went down and the orchestra started playing did she remove my blindfold. It was pretty awesome, because i'd never been in the State Theater, nor had i ever seen The Nutcracker.
there are others, which seemed like scenes from a movie --- paddling around a river on two-seater paddleboats ('94), a clandestine climb to an abandoned rooftop in downtown lexington ('95). my, it's been a while.
once ('97) i dropped by a... friend's place for a `visit' with a (rather expensive) bottle of merlot, a jar of homemade chocolate syrup and a basket of strawberries, but that doesn't count because she wasn't interested in me --- only the food. *sigh*
