I've had to remove this page, which I had receieved over email (with no authoring info...), but the message below explains and points to the official version. incidentally, the site linked below includes the author's rather hilarious and caustic comments and responses to the various emails he's received --- very much worth the reading! --muppet

My name is Eric D. Snider, and I am the author of the "Titanic" parody you have posted at your site.

It originally appeared as the Feb. 9 edition of my newspaper column "Snide Remarks."

Unfortunately, I must ask you to remove the article from your site. The newspaper I write for, The Daily Universe, is publishing a book of my columns, including that one, and for copyright reasons, we can't have it posted anywhere on the Internet except on my own site (http://www.burgoyne.com/pages/edsnider/writings/universe/du26titanic.html).
